The Site provides cricket data, statistics, AI-generated predictions and related insight, together with links to third-party betting operators and prediction markets (together, "operators"). Betting-related content is intended for users aged 18 or over for whom it is lawful to access such content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and of any linked operator is lawful where you are located.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scrape it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content of the Site (including text, data and design) is owned by or licensed to Phi Edge and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Site contains affiliate links. If you click these and open an account or transact with an operator, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms you receive from the operator. Inclusion of an operator is not a recommendation by Phi Edge that it is suitable for any particular person.

We want people to enjoy and share what we make. The distinction we draw is between people and machines: an individual viewing, sharing or quoting our content is welcome; automated or systematic use is not.

The predictions, written analysis, statistics and the way they are selected, compiled and presented on the Site are owned by or licensed to Phi Edge, and are protected by copyright. To the extent that any database right (including under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997) subsists in the Site or its contents, we assert it. These rights remain ours; nothing on the Site transfers them to you.

You are welcome to: view our content; share and link to it; and quote or reproduce individual predictions, statistics or extracts – including posting prediction cards – for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you attribute the content to Phi Edge and do not present it in a misleading way. Sharing of this kind is expressly permitted and encouraged.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• access the Site or its content by automated means, including scraping, crawling, spidering or similar techniques;

• systematically extract, copy or store our predictions or data, whether manually or automatically;

• use any of our content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or system;

• reverse engineer, or attempt to derive, our models or methods from our content;

• compile, extract or create any derivative dataset from our content;

• redistribute, publish at scale, resell or otherwise use our content for any commercial purpose.

For the avoidance of doubt, a fan sharing a prediction card is exactly the kind of use we welcome; a script pulling predictions across matches is exactly what these restrictions prohibit.

Any automated access to the Site must respect our robots.txt file. We reserve the right to monitor use of the Site and to rate-limit, block or terminate access – without notice – for anyone who breaches these terms, ignores robots.txt, or places an unreasonable load on the Site.

Our predictions are generated by our own models from historical and live match data. They are probabilities, not forecasts of certain outcomes, and they change as a match progresses. A prediction that a team is likely to win is not a statement that it will win.

Where the Site displays a confidence indicator alongside a prediction, it reflects how much weight our models place on that prediction at that moment. It is not a guarantee of accuracy.

Nothing on the Site is betting advice, tipping or a recommendation to place any bet. We do not tell you what to bet on.

Where the Site shows a market figure alongside our own prediction, that figure is an average derived from selected betting and prediction markets. It is provided for general information, is subject to change, and may not reflect the price available to you at any given moment. Where a bookmaker's odds have been converted to a percentage, that conversion frequently produces a recurring decimal that must be rounded, so figures shown are close approximations rather than exact.

Information about operators' offers, promotions, odds and availability ("Offer Information") is provided in good faith and for general information only. It may not be current, complete or accurate at the time you view it, and it is at all times subject to the relevant operator's own terms and conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on Offer Information or on any market figure shown. Always check the operator's own stated odds and terms before placing any bet.

Any dealings you have with an operator – including opening an account, placing bets, and any bonus, payment or dispute – are solely between you and that operator, and we are not a party to them.

That content is provided by its owners on their own terms, and its availability may vary by location or be withdrawn without notice. We are not responsible for third-party content or for its accuracy.

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Site or its content, including any data, statistics or predictions, and we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Gambling carries financial risk and can be harmful. The Site does not provide gambling advice or guarantee any outcome. If you do gamble, please do it responsibly and only bet what you can afford to lose. If you are affected by gambling, support is available; the Site directs you to responsible-gambling support resources appropriate to your location.

We may amend these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
